- We don’t do refunds.
- All payments are considered rental until the last cent is paid, which then converts rental to ownership.

- We have a zero tolerance policy on non-payment, termination (repossession) is non- negotiable
- We use GPS tracking on each vehicle but only when we need to terminate the contract.
- We are a one key per car operator.
- You must text your payment every 14 days. We do not do direct debit or standing orders.
- You must be an active participant in the scheme.
- It’s a criminal (fraud/theft by deception) act to sell the vehicle before your contract is fully paid or to withhold or disappear the vehicle.
- The lump sum payment in 2 years could result in you having to return the car if you can’t clear the balance. The buyout and the date it is due is non-negotiable.
- We don’t upgrade every client. We don’t offer any binding agreement to upgrade your car at the end of the contract.
- We don’t do walk ins to our offices.
- We only sell over the phone, never face to face.
- We never answer emails unless it has a mobile number included.
